Food has a SPECIAL place in all of OUR lives. Sometimes it reminds US of past FAMILY gatherings. Other times food can bring us COMFORT in times of need. Often even giving us nostalgic feelings of moments with FRIENDS eating together in social settings.
One of the things that I noticed upon transitioning to VEGAN MEALS several years ago is the lack of OPTIONS. There seemed to be great prepackaged vegan meals but mostly soy based products. I love soy products however sometimes you may want other options which can be less genetically modified, packed with flavor and more AFFORDABLE. Also as my sister helped me transition into vegan meals she said, " there are many options of Real food given to us by Mother Nature"
